We’d like to invite you to join us for the fourth annual Run For It 5k on Saturday, April 16, 2016. The Run For It 5k is an opportunity to move for something that matters–whether that’s for health, recovery, or in memory of a loved one. We hope it will also be a chance to connect with your local community and share the message of hope and help in a new way.

Participants can join the TWLOHA team for the race in Satellite Beach, FL, or in their own community as part of the virtual race.

Whether you’re joining us in person or “virtually,” you can also invite your friends and family to help sponsor your run through a personalized fundraising page. The funds raised through these sponsorships will be invested directly into fulfilling TWLOHA’s mission of sharing hope and help with people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide.

Satellite Beach Run

Registration is open to participants of all ages. You can register online here until Thursday, April 14 at midnight, register at Running Zone until Friday, April 15, and in person on race day!

And, no need to make brunch plans after the race! Downtown Melbourne’s hottest new restaurant, Backwater, will be cooking up a delicious pancake breakfast! Meal tickets are $5.00 and include hot buttermilk pancakes, sausage links, and juice.

Check-in and registration starts at 7:00 AM and the race starts at 8:00 AM.

Cost to register before April 15, 2016:
Per individual: $25
Per team member: $22
*Teams must consist of at least four members

Cost to register on race day (April 16, 2016):
Per individual: $30

Virtual Run

As a virtual runner, you can choose your own course and run or walk a 5k in your own community. You can also create a custom fundraising page to support TWLOHA and share why you’re running.

You can also host a meet-up. We encourage you to use your fundraising page to share a time, place and route where you’ll start the 5k.
