This is our question and invitation for you. Each spring, we ask you to put your body, heart, and mind in motion for the Run For It 5k. Over the past 8 years, thousands have responded and participated by moving for things like their well-being, their recovery, their healing, or even in memory of a loved one. Whatever your reason, no matter if this is your first race or your 8th, we believe every step in this journey counts just the same—because forward is forward no matter the pace.
This year on Saturday, May 16, 2020, we’re inviting you to join us once again for the Run For It 5k virtual event to help raise funds in support of TWLOHA’s mission. In light of recent events related to the COVID-19 virus, we have made the decision to transition the local in-person Run For It 5k in Satellite Beach to a fully Virtual Race.

“This year I’m running for hope. I'm running for every person who can't. I'm running because I have air in my lungs and shoes on my feet. I'm running for those who need to know: your story is not over. Hope is real. Help is real. You deserve both.” –Nicole Battista
