Make a commitment to your mental health.

We believe caring for your mental health isn’t this one-time monumental feat. It’s a small stubborn love for yourself. It’s the miracle of repetition.

Show up for yourself. And then keep showing up for yourself.

May is Mental Health Month, and we’re focusing on what we all can do to protect and promote mental health by being intentional and nurturing compassion for ourselves and those we love. You’re invited to join us in setting aside 20 minutes each day to participate in activities that will help you connect with and care for your body, mind, heart, and community.

This is our chance to make mental well-being a priority because there is no health without mental health.

How to Participate

Create your Mental Health Month Pack

Each pack features a T-shirt, progress tracker, self-care dice, a poster, and all the information you need on how to participate so you can show up for yourself all month long. You can also customize it with additional items designed for each area: body, mind, heart, and community.

Become a Fundraiser

We’ve set a goal to raise $150,000 to continue making it possible to connect millions of people to a community of support and resources when it’s needed the most. If you raise just $125, you make this help possible for 6,250 people, and we think that's pretty incredible. As a thank you, when you reach this milestone, you'll receive a $25 gift card to the Online Store for going the extra mile.
