Grab your bestie, lace up your shoes and get ready for the 2026 runDisney® Springtime Surprise Weekend! From April 16–20 2026, celebrate the power of friendship with races centered around some dynamic Disney duos as you conquer mile after magical mile at Walt Disney World® Resort.
Choose from a “hare”-raising 5K with Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, a hunny of a 10K featuring Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, or an emotional 10-miler hosted by Joy and Sadness. But no matter which you choose, you’ll be immersed in everything from meet and greets with rarely seen Characters to inspiring movie clips and more. There’s even a morning yoga session to help you wind down once the running is done. Best of all? For each race you finish, you’ll earn a one-of-a-kind medal to celebrate your accomplishment.
From start to finish, being part of a runDisney event means that you’re part of a supportive community of athletes who come together to cheer each other on, help each other succeed and ensure that Every Mile is Magic.
Joining Team TWLOHA will bring a message of hope and help to those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide as you run through Walt Disney World® Resort.
Team TWLOHA has entries for the following races:
- runDisney Springtime Surprise 5K – $500 fundraising commitment
- Requires a $60 donation to secure your spot and kick off your fundraising!
- runDisney Springtime Surprise 10K – $750 fundraising commitment
- Requires a $83 donation to secure your spot and kick off your fundraising!
- runDisney Springtime Surprise 10-Miler – $1,250 fundraising commitment
- Requires a $114.50 donation to secure your spot and kick off your fundraising!
As a Team TWLOHA Member you will receive:
- Guaranteed entry into the race

As a Team TWLOHA Member you will:
- Commit to your fundraising minimum based on your selected race by Monday April 20, 2026. All runners are required to sign a fundraising agreement that acknowledges the fundraising requirement and deadline.
