Headbangers, Ahoy!

We are honored to be back as part of Lamb of God’s Headbangers Boat, setting sail from Miami to Cozumel and back again.

The TWLOHA team will be hosting the Metal Oasis complete with mental health activations, information, meditations, and walkthroughs of our Mental Health Toolkit.

Find us at the Metal Oasis Wellness Lounge on Deck 12 Midship from 9am-3am each day for mental health activations, info, and merch.
And be sure to check the schedule for our unique daily programming around the ship which includes:

  • Mental Health Toolkit 101: Tools for Everyday Wellness

    • Start your journey with approachable, actionable mental health tools designed for real life. In this kickoff session, the team from TWLOHA will guide you through their Mental Health Toolkit—featuring short, practical exercises that can be completed in 5 to 20 minutes. These tools are built for everyday use and are accessible to everyone, no matter where you are in your mental health journey.

Many of these exercises are also available in the onboard Wellness Lounge, giving you the opportunity to explore them at your own pace after the session.

  • LET IT OUT! : Screaming for Self-Care

    • Yes, scream therapy is real—and no, you don’t have to keep it all in. In this high-energy session, TWLOHA teams up with professional screamers to explore how screaming can be a powerful tool for emotional release and personal empowerment. You’ll learn the mental health benefits of scream therapy, warm up your voice, get a crash course in safe screaming techniques, and then scream it out—solo and together. We’ll even scream along to a few tracks before breaking into small groups to reflect. It’s cathartic, connective, and all about reclaiming your voice—literally.
  • More Than Music: A Panel on Self-Care and the Soundtrack of Survival

    • Music has long been a lifeline—for both listeners and creators. In this intimate and honest panel, TWLOHA joins a lineup of artists to explore the deep intersection between music and mental health.
Together, we’ll unpack how songs become survival tools, how touring artists care for their mental well-being on the road, and how music has helped each panelist make sense of life’s heavier moments. Expect stories of mentorship, moments of vulnerability, and reflections on the songs and albums that helped us feel less alone.

Whether you’re an artist, a fan, or simply someone who believes in the healing power of music—this conversation is for you.
