TWLOHA is excited to host our first-ever Show Up Fest, our kick-off event for National Mental Health Month. This event is FREE to attend and will include food trucks, local vendors, kids activities, interactive art pieces, and three FREE mini-classes focusing on mental health: mini-RockBox Fitness class (20 mins), mini-yoga class from The Yogi Perogi (20 mins), and a training on how to reduce anxiety (20 mins). Choose from a morning session or an afternoon session. RSVP is required by April 26.The first 120 attendees at our sessions will receive a FREE Mental Health Month Pack to help kickstart their 20-minute daily challenge for self-care in May.

Can’t make a wellness session? No problem—stop by anytime between 11 am – 3 pm to connect with mental health resources, nourish your body with local food trucks, and experience interactive art and family-friendly activities. We will also have our Mental Health Month Packs available for purchase!
