To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
Purpose
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Stewardship Associate to join our team onsite in Melbourne, FL. This part-time role supports our Development Team by ensuring donors feel seen, appreciated, and connected to our mission. You’ll manage donor communications, fulfillment of perks, acknowledgment processes, and maintain accurate records across multiple giving campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to donor inquiries and ensure timely thank-you acknowledgments
- Track and ship donor perks and TWLOHA Blue membership items
- Maintain donor records in Salesforce and GoFundMe Pro
- Issue monthly tax receipts
- Support FAQ and general inquiries from Facebook fundraisers, memorial donations, and giving challenges
- Generate reports to track engagement and fulfillment progress
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in donor stewardship, fundraising, or data management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, GoFundMe Pro, or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
Compensation
$16.00 per hour / 10-12 hours weekly
