When you register for our Move For It 5K+ event—both locally or virtually—it comes with access to a catalog of resources to help you start building or strengthening your repertoire of coping skills. These resources are meant to be approachable and can be completed within as little as 5 to 20 minutes. We all have mental health, but we don’t all start with the same skills or support needed to maintain it.
We hope that as you prepare to move with the TWLOHA community this May, you will be inspired to know you’re worth the effort. And can eventually with confidence answer the question: How are you taking care of you?
