Join us on May 25th and move with the TWLOHA community virtually or in-person in Melbourne, FL in honor of Mental Health Month. When you register for the 5K+ event, you’ll get access to a resource hub full of tools to build your mental health resilience.


Thousands of people globally will be moving with us on May 25th. We’d love for you to be a part of that community. When you buy your 5K+ pack, it’ll come with not only a T-shirt, medal, race bib, and woven bracelet but also with access to an Introductory Mental Health Toolkit to help build mental health resiliency as you prepare to move with us in May.


Move For It 5k+

We’re hosting a local event in Melbourne, FL on May 25th. This fundraising event is more than just a 5K. It’s an opportunity to move with our community that’s committed to making mental health a priority. And following the 5K+ race, we’ll be hosting free wellness trainings.

We’re rallying a squad to help us raise mission-critical funds in honor of Mental Health Month. These funds keep this movement going. Whether you’re a fundraising expert or new to it, we’d love to have you. If you raise just $100, you’ll provide access to our FIND HELP Tool for 300 people. Together, we can build a world where mental health is a priority.

These funds are critical to helping TWLOHA bring a message of hope and connection to mental health resources for 20,000,000 people this year. Mental Health Toolkit

When you register for our Move For It 5K+ event—both locally or virtually—it comes with access to a catalog of resources to help you start building or strengthening your repertoire of coping skills. These resources are meant to be approachable and can be completed within as little as 5 to 20 minutes. We all have mental health, but we don’t all start with the same skills or support needed to maintain it.

We hope that as you prepare to move with the TWLOHA community this May, you will be inspired to know you’re worth the effort. And can eventually with confidence answer the question: How are you taking care of you?
