We want to challenge you to
take two weeks off of social media.

Two weeks to reflect, two weeks to reconnect with yourself, your life, and what matters most.

You’ve probably heard that social media isn’t great for your well-being, but the impact goes deeper than most of us realize. Even just a two-week break from social media has been shown to improve mental health, cognitive function, and overall wellness.

Take on the challenge and get exclusive encouragement and check-ins from us during your time offline. We’ll do it together.

Resources

The Mental Health Toolkit

You don’t need to have all the answers or a perfect routine to start taking care of your mental health. Our Mental Health Toolkit is a free and accessible place to begin. There are so many practical tools included—like grounding techniques, movement and mindfulness videos, journal prompts, and more—that you can explore at your own pace! It’s not about addressing everything overnight. It’s about finding what helps and taking it one moment at a time.

Peer Support Groups

In Good Company

If it feels intimidating to take this challenge on without support, we've introduced a weekly digital peer support group—a space where you can show up as you are, connect with others, and be reminded that you’re not alone. These meetings are free, confidential, and led by trained peer facilitators. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or simply looking for a space to share, we hope this group offers encouragement and gives you a space to land.

1 If you spend 5 hours or more on social media each day, your mental health is likely being impacted.

2 Constantly consuming distressing news can take its toll.

3 Having boundaries around social media use has been shown to improve mental well-being.
