Rally your community

Every person’s healing journey is uniquely their own—but no story is written without a backdrop of community. This is the space in which hope becomes more than a personal mantra, it becomes a force for good. We believe that people need other people. When you rally your community, you begin to tear apart the stigma and shame that keep people silent and isolated.

Explore ways you can move your community toward hope and help.

Student mental health

Having these conversations early is becoming so essential. Students are struggling, and many are doing so in quiet ways that keep them isolated. Young people need to know where and how they can find help. These programs and resources were created for them and with their mental well-being in mind.

High School

Between the Bells is a one-week interactive program designed for students in 9th through 12th grade to spark authentic conversations about mental health and to remind those struggling they are not alone. This program educates students about common mental health struggles, what help and resources exist, and how they can play a key role in challenging the lie that says we can’t talk about these issues.

Middle School

Middle school is often a chapter in which many students begin to struggle with their mental health and emotions. Many times, they are unable to even communicate what they are feeling and experiencing. These free activities are designed to start proactive conversations suitable for students ranging from 6th to 8th grade. It isn’t too early to begin talking about how we’re feeling and how we can best care for ourselves.

Suicide Prevention Training

Feel more prepared in a moment of crisis by taking our QPR training.

QPR Suicide Prevention Training (1-1.5 hours)

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. This virtual training helps people recognize the warning signs of a suicidal crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

Bring a Training to Your Community

Suicide prevention doesn’t need to be an individual effort—community awareness is powerful. That’s why our team gives businesses, groups, and organizations the opportunity to bring this training directly to your employees, college students, colleagues, and more. Reach out to our team to inquire and learn more.
