Please join us for Virtual Mental Health First Aid Training! Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions. Our TWLOHA-certified Mental Health First Aid trainers will teach this two-day certification course. After pre-course prep and these two 3.5 hour sessions, you’ll be certified in Mental Health First Aid for Adults.

For this training to take place, each training must meet the minimum requirement of five registered attendees. Registered attendees must be 18+ to attend and must attend both sessions in full.
