To the queer community this Pride Month, we have many things we want to say and share and acknowledge.
A single statement, let alone a single word, cannot fully encompass everything this community has experienced and is currently experiencing. There’s joy—always joy—but there is also pain, exhaustion, beautiful hope, and heaviness. There is so much, and we need you to know that we see it all, we feel it all, and we are with you through it all.
As some companies, departments, and organizations scale back or refrain from intentionally honoring Pride and marginalized people and communities, we want you to know that we see you. Others may not, and that reality hurts, but we won’t be quiet about acknowledging the truth that these are not trivial things, and that your presence is not something to be disregarded.
The truth is, pride keeps people alive.
The truth is, the world is better with you in it.
The truth is, you deserve to keep taking up space.
Pride is both a celebration and a reflection. At the core of Pride, there is history, there is rebellion, and there is resistance. From paying mind to the past, there is the present, the unfolding challenges being faced in the now, the personal journeys of discovery in process, and the ever-evolving acceptance of self and others. What comes next? The future. The hope. The fight for what is deserved and what is right.
In the midst of all those chapters—past, present, and future—your presence is wanted. Your authenticity. Your expression of self. Your journey of discovery that unfolds and evolves. The world doesn’t need less of this; it needs more. The world is better with you in it. Full stop.
But if you’re feeling scared to take up space in today’s society, we get it. That fear isn’t weak, it is, unfortunately, warranted in some environments. We don’t want to tell you to ignore that reality, but we also really need you to know that you do deserve to take up space—and you always can here, safely, with us. When certain voices or people in power call for your erasure, please remember this. There always will be a place for you here.
When you question any of these things, know that we are here, standing alongside you, honored to hear and share your stories, and most importantly? Offer support and help in whatever way we can so that your story continues.

Proceeds from this product will help us fund Treatment & Recovery Scholarships for those in the LGBTQIA+ community. A safe space to work through mental health struggles can mean the difference between hopelessness and healing. It can be a life-saving reminder that there are people who care and people who want to see you thrive. You deserve to feel fully loved and known.
