What if we posted our insecurities and fears? What if we were vulnerable?
I believed I was the problem and only caused pain to those around me.
I learned that there are new ways of living and coping.
I want to be understood—and I think many young people feel the same way.
Your mind talks to your body, and your body talks to your mind. I would even consider them to be friends.
On the worst days, it’s like I’m stuck at the bottom of the ocean.
We are enough in this very second as we breathe in and out.
To have someone just let you exist and hold out a hand when you’re a little too close to the edge.
You can't save everyone. You may not even save anyone. But you can offer something to someone.
The scars don't make me feel ashamed. I'm alive, I'm radically joyful.
The hard part was deciding which mask was appropriate depending on the person and the situation.
