Most of you will remember that TWLOHA kicked off 2013 with HEAVY AND LIGHT, a nationwide tour built around evenings of songs, conversation, and hope. Our year has been shaped by that experience, and today, we’re very happy to share a mini-documentary produced by the talented team at AltarTV. The video, featured on MTV Act’s blog, offers a glimpse into “A Night with HEAVY AND LIGHT” and includes interviews with founder Jamie Tworkowski and many names from the rotating HEAVY AND LIGHT line-up. You’ll also see clips from the tour’s stop in Philadelphia, where Now Now, Will Anderson, Anthony Raneri, and Jack O’Shea all took the stage, Anis Mojgani performed his spellbinding poem “Shake the Dust,” and Jon Foreman wrapped it up with a stirring, crowd-led rendition of “Dare You to Move.” Whether you came to a date on our HEAVY AND LIGHT tour and are up for reminiscing, or you were unable to join us for one of those special evenings and are wondering what it was like, these next 25 minutes should brighten your day.
