Does anyone every respond to the things written on here? Cause if not, this is pointless and I am going to stop trying to connect. This is my 3rd and last message unless someone cares enough to respond.

Hey….Wonderful site….just browsing through your blog after reading the story TWLOHA…and feel blessed to have come across such profound writing. I am the mother of a 26 y/o son who is heroin addicted on and off for several years… At this hour he is waiting for his urine to be accepted hot, not hot? to go back into a Methadone Maintenance program. He has been on the street several months with his girlfriend doing whatever to maintain their habit. I pray that our Father will watch over him and keep him alive for the next 48 hours or more until he gets dosed. Although some people say that he is NOT really sober going onto methadone, I cannot insist that I know better what is best for him or how to recover from this beast. I remain a mother in love with her son just as much as the day he came from my body. All the hurt and disappointment will NEVER diminish my love and overwhelming desire to, at any opportunity encourage and remind him that he is loved and has a purpose. God does have plans for him. He is worthy of this Love, love from others, and of self. To ponder the unique opportunity he’s in order to parent his son as one who truly knows the battle of addiction, it’s progression, loss and utter madness.
I pray for all those who suffer from addiction, depression, anxiety and compulsive disorders. May God be with us all as we Carry our Crosses and Walk with him searching for a Place of Peace.
