“I think you have PTSD.” There was silence in the office and my mind began to race.
I haven’t wanted to injure in almost a decade. But due to the pandemic and the restrictions, so many of the other coping mechanisms I’ve learned to use haven’t been available.
I saw the signs, I knew I was neck-deep in depression. There was no denying it.
The day depression didn’t win.
My best advice for you is to ask for help.
I saw no future for myself. I truly did not believe that life was worth living.
