We can’t control what someone else feels or believes. But we can show up. We can choose to care. We can keep showing up.
What do you love that won't be cancelled? Who and what can you rely on right now?
Love can come from so many places.
No one truly knows what 2020 will hold, but we believe it has the potential to be kind and inspiring and perhaps even remarkable.
i stumbled upon the news of Jarrid’s death the following afternoon, Tuesday, World Suicide Prevention Day, around 5pm. My brain rejected it instantly. Impossible. The words could not be true.
Everything is better shared. Our questions, our pain, our dreams, our fears.
Perhaps the biggest lie that comes with Valentine’s Day is the idea that if you don’t have romantic love in your life, you don’t have love in your life.
The ball drops and fireworks. Resolutions are made. People scream and people kiss and is it possible to change? Is it really truly possible to leave the past behind?
Today is not the day your story ends. Today is not the day the darkness wins. Today needs you to know that it’s okay to ask for help. Because tomorrow needs you.
